Rob Rave - Coach and Creator of FLIP coaching
Rob Rave is an ICF accredited PCC internal coach at one of the big 4 consultancies in London who developed the FLIP method in 2014.
He has worked with over 500 partners and directors and runs his own private coaching practice which includes entrepreneurs, MD’s and PE professionals as clients.
He has delivered FLIP training and individual coaching and mentoring sessions to a range of organisations including Numerous coaching assignments for a range of organisations including Deloitte , EY HSBC, UBS, Cushman Wakefield, Vision Capital, Lion Capital, CPBE Capital Vodafone, Thermo Fisher, Nivea, Co-Op Retail, Skanska, Travis Perkins, Wickes and Sage.

David Pannell - Coach, FLIP Co-developer
As a leader in IT David has worked closely with Rob for the last 3 years developing the FLIP methodology and coaching and training others in this approach.
A long-time coaching practitioner, he obtained his Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Managers Institute in 2014.
He has coached partners from one of the big 4 firms in London.

Morgan Lewis - Coach
Morgan spent 5 years as a professional footballer before a 12-year teaching career. He then moved into the corporate world in healthcare communications, where he still spends time in a consulting capacity.
As a Solution Focused Brief coach, he helps clients get complete clarity on what they want, and co-creates the steps needed to start moving immediately towards their desired outcome.
His coaching approach is deeply respectful of the client, seeing them as the expert of their world, who has invited the coach to come alongside for a while to help them get where they want to faster.
